Cubitts West Village

I had the best experience when I visited Cubitts recently for my eye exam. The staff was very friendly (shout out to Medji who checked me in. Very sweet and personable. She was so fun to talk to) and the overall aesthetics of the place was super modern and clean. When you walk in, you know you're in good hands. Definitely book your eye exam with Dr. Crisostomo. She's very warm and welcoming so if you're not a fan of eye exams or just a little nervous, she's easily able to calm you down (also has a tomato stress ball you can squeeze lol). She's very informative and patient, explains every step and answers any questions you might have. Overall, I would 100% recommend Cubitts! I can guarantee you won't be disappointed.

I had a great experience getting an eye exam here! Dr. Crisostomo was super friendly and ensured I was comfortable throughout the exam. She patiently answered my questions and made sure all of my concerns were addressed before we moved on, which can be rare to find with a healthcare provider. Also, quick shout-out to Mehdji who helped check me in! She was so personable and kept me company while I was waiting to be seen. Overall, I highly recommend visiting this location!

Dr. Caroline Crisostomo was so sweet and amazing. I always feel very nervous getting an eye exam but she walked me through each step and made me feel really comfortable asking questions! She even helped with recommending me glasses too she’s the best

Such a great eye exam and shopping experience! The optometrist answered all my questions thoroughly and the staff were so patient as I tried on every single frame in the store! Overall a great value as well for the quality of product they’re providing

She was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease while providing a thorough assessment of my eye health.
