I can’t say enough great things about Cub Pharmacy in Crystal! The team here is absolutely outstanding. A special thank you to pharmacist Georgie, who personally went the extra mile to make sure I was able to get my medications right when I needed them. That kind of dedication and care is rare, and it really means a lot. The staff as a whole are equally impressive. Even while handling an incredibly busy pharmacy, I witnessed them stop what they were doing to provide vaccines for elderly walk-ins. Many pharmacies frown on walk-ins, but here the focus is truly on keeping everyone safe and healthy. Professional, caring, and community-minded — this pharmacy is a perfect example of what healthcare should look like. Thank you, Georgie and the entire staff, for all that you do!

I switched here after a nightmare experience at Walgreens and I wish I would have done it sooner. Everybody is SO NICE. They are super responsive and it’s just been such a good experience. I had a med that I had been waiting on for 3 weeks at Walgreens (missed a dose and everything) and Cub was able to order it and get it in stock in two days. Such a great place and I feel so thankful that my ChatGPT of all things recommended to check out a local pharmacy like Cub first.

I moved but instead of changing my pharmacy I decided to stick around. Even if that means I have to drive a little further. Kristine the pharmacist is absolutely fantastic and patient. Willing to help take the time with some insurance questions and issues. Will stay with this pharmacy!

So bad. Do not use this pharmacy. They have never once gotten my prescriptions right. They constantly call to tell you that your prescriptions are ready, but they are never ready when you actually go to the store.
