Comfortable Dental

I've been coming here, to COMFORTABLE DENTAL, for 2 yrs now, one year I had insurance, and the next year is a paid out of pocket. Best experience at a dentist office yet, and I'm almost 50! Everyone was SOOO NICE :from the phone call person, to the check in person, to the awesome dental hygienist I had to the woman who scheduled me for my next appt for my cleaning . They check your insurance for you too! I don't have insurance, BUT THEY HAVE A plan to offer you, for $149/yr! My hygienist was very thorough, gave me great pointers, and explained things. Great Crystal location, near Bass Lake Road and Highway 81 /Crystal Airport, with plenty of free, available parking, with handicapped spots & an elevator or stairs up to the office. Beautiful dental lobby, soft music & soothing nature visual

Amazing place! Dentist and staff are professional, kind, and caring. They take a lot of care to describe what they will be doing for you before, during, and after your appointment. And they provide a relaxing atmosphere during your time there. Best thing is the chairs have back massage while waiting for a consultation. Only downside is it takes a long time to get an appointment scheduled, so plan far ahead in advance.

The front staff was nice. But, immediately began pushing multiple root canals. Insisting they could bill my insurance and they might cover the crown for the teeth. Even though I told them repeatedly, that my insurance will not. Because I had checked earlier with the insurance. They did insist that they can try to send it regardless, just going forward with the crowns. THEY HAVE A PAYMENT POLICY THAT TREATMENT MUST BE PAYED SAME DAY OF TREATMENT FOR UNCOVERED INSURANCE PROCEDURES. I EXPLAINED REPEATEDLY THAT I CANNOT AFFORD THE CROWNS. MY INSURANCE WOULD NOT COVER IT. THAT CARE CREDIT IS NOT AN OPTION BECAUSE I DO NOT QUALIFY. The only focus was on the money, no attempt to make me comfortable.

I had an excellent experience with Uliyah as my dental hygienist. Despite being early in her career, she demonstrated professionalism and skill well beyond her years. She was extremely thorough and maintained a cheerful, positive demeanor that made the entire appointment comfortable and pleasant. This was by far the best dental cleaning I have ever had, and I would highly recommend her!

I haven’t been to a dentist in a couple years. I went in to get a crown put on a tooth. The whole experience from the front desk to the procedure was excellent. The clinic itself has a very nice ambiance and cleanliness to it. My dentist Dr. Her was amazing!! I didn’t feel anything, even the numbing part. Don’t hesitate to schedule your appointment with her as she is very knowledgeable and gentle. Highly recommend this clinic!!!
