Cub Pharmacy

Used to be great but has gone far downhill last couple months; multiple bad experiences. Several medications were set to be refilled; two weeks later after not hearing anything they claimed they were waiting on pre-authorization request to my doctor. Called them and they had no record of any communication from the pharmacy but offered to change pharmacy and put in new pre-auth request and had my scrip same day. Now I requested my other three monthly meds transferred to another pharmacy and when the pharmacy called Cub, Cub claimed I had no active prescriptions with them. A month ago my wife was given someone elses prescription and the pharmacist refused to accept it over the phone; when my wife went back to return it, they seemed shocked and never even thanked her for doing so (I'm guessin

I'm always happy with how friendly they are with my prescriptions. I just learned they do strep throat testing. They got my son in really quickly. He was positive for strep, so they filled the antibiotics right away. The staff even called to check on him a couple days later! Strep test was only $39.99. I'm blown away at the price and quality of service for strep throat testing.

This is the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Andrea and Gordon are excellent pharmacists who have caught potential drug interactions before I was ever dispensed the medication, work with me to find med sizes that will work with my swallowing issues, and they truly care. I feel safe in their hands and thank you is never enough to express how much their knowledge, safety consciousness, and compassion mean to me. They are rare gems and I highly recommended giving them your business and your trust.

I definitely don’t care for the pharmacy manager, Andrea. She is judgmental and rude and just seems like not a very nice individual. Same goes for the pharmacy technician Cheryl, who talks down to patients and always has something negative to say. Gordon, however is the best pharmacist I’ve ever dealt with. His knowledge and experience is impressive and he genuinely cares about his patients. I love this pharmacy. Stacy, Gordon and Brian are always so helpful and kind. I’m here several times a month and haven’t had any issues.
