Completed intake paperwork online, only to complete the same information again on a hard copy moments later. No explanation from any staff members as to what they were really doing or why. It was an emergency appointment for a tooth with a hole. Saw the actual dentist for all of 3 minutes, whose only commentary was I needed to have all my wisdom teeth pulled. Was bombarded moments later by a staff member with paperwork noting it would be 2.5k to have all my wisdom teeth pulled. Had to call back to inquire about payment plan options they failed to send until I called to follow up. Scheduling a follow up was not discussed, only when I asked was I told 2 weeks would be the soonest but no offer to see a calendar or discuss options came up. I had an incredible experience! Every staff member was professional and welcoming from the start. This is easily the most modern, high-tech dental office I’ve ever visited. Dr. Bachani and Dr. Johnson were both fantastic; they were thorough and took the time to explain the process. I expected my procedure to be complicated, but it was completely painless and smooth. If you’re looking for a top-tier team, this is the place to go!

Summary, this place is a scam and now i'm readig the comments and this is a COMMON theme. Money before patients. I switched to this dentist because I moved close by so it was convenient. The first time I went was a good experience with Dr. Siraj Bachani. The second and third time I went back I had Sai Kalluri. He had me replace a crown that was less than two years old and insurance doesn't cover a crown that is less than 5 years old. Crowns should last 10-15 years. Unfortunately I did not get a second opinion until after I had the work down. I feel scammed, this cost be almost $1k out of pocket. I have been consistently going to the dentist at least twice per year for a decade, I've never had any dentist tell me to get a deep cleaning. They compliment my teeth and rarely have any addition

I can confidently say that Dr. Siraj Bachani is the best dentist I’ve ever had. Having been to many dentists over the years – always hoping to find the right one – I truly feel I’ve finally found that with him. I'v been to more that a few dentists over the years and so far this place seems great.. Most places bribe u for a good review but this one did NOT.. The actual dentist actually did a lot of the the cleaning, Iv never had that happen. They spent double the time on my cleaning compared to other places. They didn't try to give me any unnecessary treatments or ad ons. This place seems very honest, up front and thorough..
