Accorde Orthodontists

My first visit was this morning. The moment I stepped in to the office, I already feel the hospitality of front desk employees! Not even 10 minutes a lady called my name. Her name is Heather, she gave me quick tour inside and help me some of my paper works. Heather did above and beyond to make sure that every expectations of a new patient like me will be met. She explained to me every step of the way, from taking photos to x-rays and looking at it. all questions that I raised was answered in a simple and understandable manner. But the most thing that stood out during my visit was, Heather makes me feel comfortable since I stepped in until I left the office. Big thanks to Heather for all your help to me. Keep up the great work!

My daughter started her care at Accorde and we have had nothing but wonderful care! Dr. Hobday explained everything very well and the treatment coordinator was great with her. Getting started was a smooth and comfortable process. We look forward to going in for future appointments.

Everyone at Accorde is friendly and helpful and the orthodontists seem very thorough when explaining the process for installing and maintaining braces. I also love the fact that the facility is very kid-friendly. My son was very nervous at first but the environment really helped calm him down. The only issue I had is that one of the brackets on my son’s teeth popped off one week after getting his braces. Because of our busy schedule, finding a time to bring him back and get it fixed was quite inconvenient. That aside, our experience with Accorde has been very good.

My daughter got her braces here, and now my son is getting his done. The staff is amazing at both the Maple Grove and Champlin locations. They're always pleasant and welcoming, and very knowledgeable in their skills. You're in and out timely, and Dr. Hemlich tells you exactly what is going on and what needs to get done. Great clinic and staff, and I highly recommend it.

Going to an orthodontist as a kid can be quite scary. Accorde takes any and all steps to make the experience as delightful as possible. The staff and doctors are amazing and caring. They take the time to explain what will be done during our visit, provide space for questions to be asked and tell us exactly what we need to do for the next visit. We HIGHLY recommend Accorde :-)
