The entire staff is wonderful! The receptionists go above and beyond to help with appointments and paperwork. I had been going to other physical therapists for tennis elbow and various neurological issues for 2-3 years with minimal improvement before I was referred here. My tennis elbow has finally mostly resolved - now I keep going for all my other injuries due to chronic neuropathy and falls. Cannot recommend them enough.

Gail and her team do exceptional work, and I could not recommend them highly enough. She always goes above and beyond to ensure her patients understand the custom-tailored exercises, even recording them and making custom handouts to reference at home. Her and her team are always patient and give you their full time and attention, ensuring any questions you have are addressed during the session. Plus, the office staff is efficient and organized, and the space itself is always very clean (COVID-19 protocols are also followed exceptionally). Gail's effective, non-invasive treatment plans have kept me out of pain and helped prevent my curve from worsening, for which I could not be more grateful! This is literally the best physical therapy center for scoliosis that exists in CT! The physical therapists here are extremely knowledgeable and true specialists on Scoliosis. The whole office staff is soooo nice, friendly, and caring, and they deliver results. They use the Schroth method which is the only way to reduce or prevent worsening of scoliosis - a general / regular PT just will not do it (having tried both).
