CSI Catalano's Nurses Registry

This company has for the last 9 years gone downhill and I see no attempts by them to even try to hire nurses for clients. The send nurses out to the clients they can make the most money on and avoid the patients on the waiver program stating they can’t make enough by staffing. My son is on a vent and they don’t even staff half of the hours he’s is allowed. When you call they send you to voicemail send. I’ll leave a message. Leave messages. There’s no call back. I’m not sure if The Fort Myers area is even operable anymore, but I know that they have no concern for patients or their families.

I normally do not write reviews so when I say this is an exception it really is. My 96 year old grandmother (with dementia) who is normally STILL very active & independent was admitted with pneumonia. Shes so use to being able to do things on her own so she was defiant when they told her she has to stay in the bed. She was so confused & sick of being in the hospital . She was ripping out her ivs, taking out her catheter, oxygen & taking off her clothes. She was a lot to deal with & a lot do redirection. Roselande Julce (I made her give me her name lol) was literally a ANGEL. She went above and beyond!!!!! She listened go all of our concerns, stayed calm and sweet the entire time. She educated us. She treated “memaw” like family. I couldn’t be more happy with her. If I was rich she would go
