Dr. Johnson and her team are incredible. They provide exceptional care. Dr. Johnson is very conscientious and thorough. I appreciate that she explains what she’s doing or about to do, and that she answers my questions. Her team is kind and responsive. I am always seen quickly, and communication is clear before, during and after appointments. I’m particularly grateful because I’ve always struggled to take good care of my teeth—past dental trauma, chronic life stress, etc. Dr. Johnson and her team are a huge support. Thank you all 🤍

Alexis is the reason for this no star review….mrs Johnson YOUR ARE GREAT but your help is 🚮🚮.im afraid to be specific the lady name Alexis is mean!!!! Need a new NICE person at the desk!!! I was gonna take me and my kids there but I went to a few visits with my brother and that Alexis lady is something else maybe she going through something I don’t know 🤷🏾‍♂️ but shouldn’t be mean like that 🙅🏾‍♂️

I have been with Dr Johnson for about 10 years thru thick and thin. I always felt like family.Since Alexis came to work with the office,there has been a great tension in the office and Dr Johnson is not the same anymore. I will never go back there again.I canceled my appointment and I’m leaving her for good.Good luck and I wish you well. I really feel sorry to leave. I Know that Dr Johnson needs good help but Alexis is very rude.

I have no experience with the dentist but the person who answered the phone when I called this morning (11/16/23 8AM) was polite, kind and VERY helpful. I’m not a patient here but having an emergency dental situation, she explained what the doctor could/could not do for me today and gave me the name and number for an emergency dental clinic that can see me today and where I can get immediate treatment. Based on this interaction alone, once I get this issue taken care of I will be calling back to set up a new patient appointment with the dentist. Outstanding and exceptional customer service - a skill that’s sadly in great need lately. I regret that I can’t remember her name because I’d like to call the dentist directly and commend them on hiring compassionate and professional staff.

There is nothing that says “old lady” like receding gums. Dr. Crystal Johnson is my dentist and she recommended adding composite bonding to fill in between the tooth and gums. She did a fabulous job! Her practice Chrystal Smiles gives her patients crystal smiles!
