Friendly staff. Doctors are knowledgeable. The wait is not too bad. Crystal run intercepts calls to the office and it is difficult to get prescription refills if your primary is away from the office. The notification system needs attention and getting a nurse manager to call you back is the solution. I still haven't received a call back after 4 phone calls. If they fix the communication from the patient portal and call center, easily would give 5 stars.

There are good some doctors but the leadership are into money and the leadership makes tons of money out of the patients, the doctors and nurses. The patients Are just a number to the leadership. Please don’t go there and let them go bankrupt. Unless the leadership change their attitude towards patients, ( highly doubt they will ), there will be no good come out of this because the doctors are pushed to see as many patients as possible and the quality of care decreases dramatically. That is why there are so many complaints about waiting too long, very hard to get through a phone call etc. It is all because of the leader ship and the system. Not because of the person who are really working there.

Was there for the fist time yesterday June 24, the staff was amazing. Dr. Minu Colaco (PA ) qualified, knowledgeable, companionate and took care of me like gold. She focused on my medical concerns and did everything necessary to send me home calm and satisfied. A special thanks to the nurse John who made me feel comfortable and welcomed. This will definitely be my new primary.

I would honestly give these people no stars but i can't. It's like there's no doctors there to see patients and only PA's. They are scared to write out scrips, so they send you to doctors 7 towns away to write the same script they do. This is absolutely ridiculous. I never had this problem with any other physician or doctor I went to in the past. They need to step up their leadership and start making it an actual doctors office.

Waiting over 30 mins in my car to be taken in. The nurse was friendly and took my vitals and then had to wait over another 30 mins to see a doctor. Although she was thourough I never have waited so long to see a doctor with an appointment. Unfortunately will not be returning.
