When I arrived for my weekly pelvic floor therapy session, I mentioned I had been experiencing some lower back pain due to lifting something heavy at home. Nicole immediately performed some manual therapy. With her expertise in the lower back and pelvis region, I had relief in just 15 minutes and the pain did not return! Nicole is absolutely incredible. I began seeing her after the birth of my second baby, and pelvic floor PT has been life-changing. I no longer have any issues with bladder leakage, and the significant back and hip pain I had from pregnancy—along with abdominal separation—has completely resolved. She has also helped me begin working out safely as my body has recovered.
