Making the appointment as a new patient was effortless; all done online and confirmed through email. Staff professional, courteous, and kind. Went in for a cracked tooth. Other dentists made a production of the visit, full x-rays, waiting for Dentist to review, etc. Dr. Dave' himself triaged, 2 second x-ray on exact tooth; pulled up image and discussed with me immediately, explored options and referred me to oral surgeon. And he take my Dental Insurance, who ever heard of such a thing?!!! Needless to say I have found my new Dentist... well done!

This office practices ILLEGAL billing practices and is committing MEDICARE FRAUD! My mother got a procedure done and was told it is not covered. She got her EOB and lo and behold the insurance company did pay for the procedure. Her responsibility is $0. Her insurance company has called many times to rectify this and they tell us that the office keeps leaving them on hold. When I called to see what's going on -- they said "we do not work for the insurance company, we work for ourselves. she signed papers that the insurance isn't going to cover it" -- BUT IT DID! I have the same forms for my own office -- if a service is covered by insurance and the patient responsibility is $0, the patient is due a refund. As a contracted Medicare provider, this office is legally obligated to honor the ins
