I’m writing this because I want Shameka White PA-C to know how much she was genuinely appreciated by both patients and staff. She consistently treated people with kindness, patience, and respect, and she truly listened to concerns rather than rushing through appointments. Her compassion and professionalism made a real difference in the experience people had when seeking care. Providers like her are rare, and anyone who has the opportunity to work with or be treated by her in the future will be very lucky. I hope she truly knows this.

Where do I start? How about from the moment you walk in you are made to feel uncomfortable because both receptionist don’t smile don’t greet you & are just straight rude & cold. (mind you on a sunny day there is a glare on the window in front of them & you can’t see their faces as to know which one of them said it’s OK to walk forward) so when you look at them, & you say which one of you just said as your walking forward & they roll their eyes at you then they put their hand up! If you ask questions, they are very dismissive & will not help you. Their solution is everything is to call the call center to get information. Why do you have a physical locations if you have to call a call center to get information?! Secondly, I was told that the online portal would be a better way to communicat

Doctor White is a terrible physician assistant. In a clinic where you’re supposed to feel safe. She made my mother feel extremely unsafe and got upset with her for not accepting medication that she did not want to take. She should be fired and removed. As a part of a minority it’s ridiculous she treated her of a lower class BEING a minority. And the front desk white woman was also very cruel. Assuming my mother needed an interpreter. Unfortunately racism is still very real and it shows.

I disagree with the negative reviews about this location. The receptionists are friendly, especially when you treat them kindly. I have always had a dr here that listened to my concerns and helped me. Stop in and talk to a few employees you will see that this location IS somewhere you want to come for general practice medical care. 😁

The receptionists at the front desk are extremely rude and unprofessional. Most of the staff are. Doesnt matter which location. I've had many issues with crusader and management doesn't care. You can tell the employees act as they please with zero accountability. We have some good experiences with the Dr.s (when they don't change/leave every 30 days) Other then that this place is staffed with clowns who will treat you with zero professionalism or kindness. If you look up the job requirements for these positions, you'll see how just about anyone can become an employee. No experience or qualifications needed.
