Costco Pharmacy

Have been using Costco for almost 2 years. They have been incredibly helpful. I have had so many issues with my insurance & they have been nothing but patient & kind! They were able to help me solve the problem and get my medications as soon as possible. Staff is always kind and ready to answer any questions! I can’t thank them enough for the patience they have shown me through this crazy insurance process.

Customer service is terrible. "Manager" on would let me use my costco citi card although I've NEVER had issues like this. She gave me a fake phone number to call to speak with corporate. I needed up reaching out to customer service for the correct corporate number to discuss the issues in this store... this was 4 weeks ago. Now... pharmacy denied me picking up a medication 2 minutes passed 7pm. I asked if I could still pick up to the person behind the counter... again met with attitude. Drive the extra hour and go to a different store. Save yourself the headache.

I switched to Costco pharmacy after having nothing but trouble with my previous pharmacy (see my review) Since switching (about 2 years ago), I've had maybe two problems, and each time, Costco pharmacy took care of it. Everyone here is kind, helpful, and most of all, competent. They will find you the best price on your meds. One time they saved me over $100! They clearly care about their customers. When I walk up, it's "Hi Mrs. Kelly, who are you picking up for today?" Seems like a small thing, but it shows they value you as a customer enough to remember who you are. It's by far the best pharmacy I've ever used, beating Shopko by a hair... because their text system is fantastic. The only real negative (and it's not a deal-breaker) is they do not have a drive-thru.

The pharmacy is great but the new pharmacy app is a pain. I didn’t receive a confirmation that the request went through and because I have multiple prescriptions I lost tract of which ones had been requested and couldn’t check. Ended up calling and the pharmacy was wonderful about going through what had been ordered and what I still needed to order.
