I've been going to Dr Joseph Zamutto for over 10 years. He's compassionate an caring. Redid a crown because wasn't made right. No charge!! Now if that's not honest I don't know what is! Great Staff also....like family!

Called for cleaning, new client. Sent x-rays from 6 months ago from my other dentist in Arizona. Was told their policy is to do evaluation first, then schedule a cleaning. So they are going to evaluate without seeing them cleaned? I would have to use my insurance twice for a evaluation and cleaning . Since I already had a cleaning earlier in year I would then have to pay for “cleaning “ out of pocket. That would have been third time to dentist. So beware of this practice to evaluate, had I never been to dentist in years I could have understood. They asked if I wanted to cancel, I said yes. Apparently they don’t even have to consult dentist about it, not worried about losing clients.

Not the best, not the worst. I am still waiting to hear about my crown replacement for a new crown that broke two days after it was put in several months ago. This crown is missing all cusps so looks completely unnatural which they insist is my natural teeth shape. I had a second cleaning appointment that the lady insisted would be free after I said I wanted to cancel it. I should have gotten it in writing because I got a bill and she just said you owe because insurance didn't pay. My crown experience was terrible in its own though they did their best to keep my comfortable. Nice staff, doctors are nice too. I just don't trust them so much anymore.

Zamuto Sr was not a good dentist for children. I was crying because I was scared (my first time having a cavity filled as a kid), and he threatened to "electrify the fillings in my head if I didn't stop crying" Deb was always on time and amazing, though Edit: this was nearly 15 years ago. Obviously Deb has retired. You didn't say "we've never had a Deb" Sneaky. Very sneaky.

Peter Zammuto is very kind and professional. He is very nice and is always looking out for your best interest. I cannot say enough good things about him and my son says his father is very kind and also a very good Dentist. Thank you
