Crusader Community Health Alpine

I took my son to Crusader Community Health in Rockford for a routine sick visit, and the experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. The provider made unfounded assumptions about my child’s health and reported false concerns to DCFS, despite my son’s complete medical clearance from multiple reputable hospitals, including DuPage Pediatrics and Northwestern Medicine. Rather than reviewing his full medical history or communicating with his established doctors, Crusader jumped to conclusions that caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and triggered a DCFS investigation—one that has since been fully cleared by verified medical evidence. Worst clinic experience ever. I almost felt like I knew more then the dr knew about the kind of meds I needed. Never sent my prescription to CVS. A Bunch of Fresh out of College Dr's who comes and goes from this clinic who have no clue how to diagnose properly. And even worst. Act as if they don't care. Very rushing to get you in and out of an appointment. Called the front desk to ask if I can speak to Dr Asaad or what ever her name is about why my meds wasn't sent over to the Pharmacy only to be given the run around. Terrible clinic and terrible staff. The critics about this place are most definitley true. I tried to go in open minded. But was proven wrong. And I almost feel like they purposely don't give the proper service so that they can keep making mutiple appointments to keep bringin

Some of the staff are very professional and political and deal with others opinions like children in high-school in great need of maturity lack there of, receptionist where very professional.

Dr. Shima Mehrizi is an amazing pediatrician, so glad she joined crusader!
