Crossroads Eye Physicians

Dr Cassel was referred to me from my dermatologist, because I had a freckle in my eye. I love the way he took the fear out of my situation as soon as we met. He examined that issue first , and comfort me letting me know first it was not cancer before giving me the most thorough exam I’ve ever had. I felt an immediate connection to his care and diligence in his concerns learning my history of my eyes. I find him very patient and informative. People come into your life for a reason and I feel thankful he’s in mine. I live in Delaware and will continue to drive to him as long as he’s working.

Dr. Cassel was very nice and polite. He was welcoming and was very detailed in his examination. He provided me with materials to read after my appointment to learn more about my diagnosis.

I love crossroads eye physicians. I have been coming here many years. I used to see Dr. Palik and most recently had to see another doctor because he is no longer with the practice. My new doctor was just as friendly and helpful. I recently had a mix up with my contacts and Rachel assisted me so throughly. She was so kind and replaced the wrong contacts with my usual ones, even though I took some time to report the problem. I appreciate her, the staff and doctors at crossroads eye physicians. Highly recommend :)

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Cassel and Rachael the optician at Crossroads!! Both extremely knowledgable and professional. Zero wait time and just pleasant from start to finish. I highly recommend making them your go to for eye care!!
