Extremely disappointed with the front desk handling of our appointments. Both of my grandsons originally had appointments scheduled on the same day. One needed to be seen sooner, and during that visit the receptionist changed his appointment without properly communicating the new time. No corrected appointment card was given, and no clear confirmation was provided. When he arrived at 2:30 PM (the time we were told), we were informed his appointment was supposedly at 1:40 PM and that he was now considered a “no show.” He is a new patient, yet we were told he would not be seen again unless a $55 no-show fee was paid — despite the error being on their end. Receptionist called to give me a reminder, I wasn’t able to answer and she didn’t leave a voicemail. I called back and she simply said I was just calling to remind you of your apt tomorrow. I said ok, I’ll be there. I show up at the time I was given when the apt was scheduled and she says I missed my apt. She said she called me yesterday and told me the time. I said there was no voicemail left with the time nor when I called did you tell me. She said, yes I did. I said you’ve made a mistake because you didn’t. She said she was busy and thats why she didn’t leave the VM and that she doesn’t make mistakes. “Why would she call me for an appointment reminder and not give a time.” Before they will see me again I have to pay the “no show fee.” Even tho I showed. I walked in there two days ago with no tooth or jaw pain. They told me during the appointment I had three cavities which you could not even see on the x-ray after they scraped it my teeth for 45 minutes, literally removing pieces of my gums, telling me that I needed to hold still, and now after them filling the cavities that you couldn’t even see on the x-ray I have lots of tooth and jaw pain

I like it very much they have been taking care of me and my kiddos for the past 3 years, and they do a great job. Yes they do a fee of 50$ if you don't call with time letting to them know that you won't assist, and before you do another appointment you have to pay those 50$ and inrealidy that should help for people to be more responsible.

Staff is great, helpful and quick. The doc on the other hand needs to learn bedside manners, and customer comfort. Just because she couldn't see a physical reason for pain, she wanted to dope me up with desensitizer and send me on my way. I had to yank my mouth out from under her fingers, because she wouldn't let me talk. Don't recommend her, but if the doc changes I'd definitely be back.
