Can you believe they Responded to my review and expect me to return our call them as I said run don’t walk from these fools

Was seen by dental hygienist 1x ( last yr April) & WILL NOT go back. She wasn't gentle at all, no good bedside manner and started a deep cleaning tht I never even asked for/didn't tell me bout it til she was already doing it. Website is inaccurate. Times & days open & available are wrong. I was told tht I couldn't get a copy of my dental xrays due to them being a yr old. They need to realize tht not all insurances will cover xrays to be done each yr. They should know this much! Not impressed at all! Terrible experience & terrible service!!

Wow. I should have looked at the reviews before going to this practice. Everything was fine until I questioned having to pay out of pocket 2 separate times. I won’t go into it but we resolved the issue and I thought all was well but got a letter and the doctor thought we should part ways. lol. Make sure you call your insurance and know when and what they will pay for because this office will not.

We had some minor issues over the years but when they started charging $5 a person for a cleaning to pay for the one pair of gloves and the mask that they use for a cleaning, our family of 8 had to find a different dentist. I'm not paying $40 dollars a year for my family when we can simply go elsewhere and get it done for free. It doesn't help that the receptionists are rude either.

I've had good care here, however, my last appointment i noticed they are now charging their patients $5 for the disposable items they're using on each patient. When I go to the dentist, I don't expect to be charged for their business expenses. They need to realize there's about 50 other dental practices in Wentzville that don't charge their customers for the disposable items used during a visit. In fact, when I called another dentist office, she said she had never heard of such a thing.
