New to area. Grabbed a very sick dog and they got him in immediately! They were very caring and he's improving rapidly. Will now be our vet. They were all caring and attentive.

Dr. Wilkerson is the best. We have been trusting our animals to her for over 25 years now! Knowledgeable and compassionate.

Crossroads is more than just a vet to our family. Our pups have had such wonderful, quality care here. Our dog Hershey was in our wedding & at 15 1/2 years, he became very ill, being diagnosed with bone cancer, the day before Christmas. Not knowing what to do, we were given medicines to make his last days comfortable & told to bring him back after Christmas, that our children need to be with him. We have since had a new pup (aka, a horse puppy) who we were well educated by the vets on the appropriate time to have her spayed, to help with, not hinder her growth & development. We have always had support here with our fur babies & also get the, "If he were mine, this is what I would do" personal advice. We wouldn't take our pups any other place!

We’ve gone here for nearly 12 years now. We’ve always had outstanding service with wonderful staff. We recently had our pup get sick and ultimately be put down. The doctors and staff were over the top amazing, helpful, kind, gracious, supportive, and so loving. We will forever commute from anywhere in KC to stay with this team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts 🩵

Dr. Wilkinson and the staff were very kind, sympathetic, and supportive. On a very tough day while putting down the families dog, the staff made the process as simple and easy as a day like that can be. They didn’t make us feel rushed or uncomfortable in any way and were incredibly patient and respectful of the family saying their goodbyes. I would give 10 stars if I could. So thankful for such a caring, kind, team and doctor.
