Customer Reviews
I visited for the first time last week for a checkup, and everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was so nice. I usually get a bruised arm after getting blood drawn, but Nurse Diane did such a good job, I got barely any bruise the next day. Dr. Macchiavello was super sweet and easy to talk to. He really listened to my concerns and got back to me pretty quickly when my lab results came out.
I'm very disappointed with Crossover and specifically my experience with Radha Kapoor. I did a blood draw for some health issues I've been having. Crossover said they'd run 2 tests and only 1 came back. When I asked what happened (they didn't proactively mention), they said they accidentally left it off because they don't 'usually do that test' and that 'it does not need to be tested but they were trying to honor my request'. Essentially they had me come in to do tests under a certain understanding and then just ignored it.
Avoid this place like the plague. Go see a real doctor. Even if you just need something routine, find a more legitimate establishment. They cover up their incompetence with a moderately upscale office design.
Edit: reducing rating because they have gotten even worse over time - Radha there has been grossly incompetent and unhelpful. I would never go here for medical care. I liked Crossover for their health and fitness coaches (diet & exercise) - this is an offering that I believe has improved my health. For extremely basic routine health needs like a vaccine or blood draw, it seems like a nicer setting than going to a Quest/Labcorp/CVS/Walgreens option, but they manage to botch these (forget to do all the labs needed for a diagnosis, give expired vaccines). The primary care side is a major disappointment. Crossover sells itself to employers on a value proposition of saving money on healthcare costs, and it comes through in the PCPs trying to deter people from seeking care. It feels like there
Lack of transparency. You are only told about co-pay once you are at the clinic.
