Our family is incredibly grateful for the wonderful care my grandma has received at this facility. From the moment she arrived, the staff treated her with genuine kindness, patience, and respect. They took the time to understand her needs, her personality, and the little things that make her feel comfortable and at home. I also want to highlight how smooth and supportive the admission process was. Rachel guided us through every step with such professionalism and compassion. She answered all our questions, eased our concerns, and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel simple and reassuring. Her warmth set the tone for everything that followed. Great facility and dedicated staff. Had my loved one there for almost 3 weeks and they were phenomenal, he was severely ill and they cared for him like he was part their family. Made sure he comfortable and contacted me everyday to give me updates. Don’t want to mention specific names because don’t want to miss any of them. But they were all GREAT!!! Don’t let the updated building fool you. Unanswered call lights, takes over an hour most times. When I have complained, the staff tells me “we are short staffed”. Yet when you ask the directors, they deny understaffing. My grandma needs help eating, and numerous times the food has been left in front of her with the covers still on it. Most of the nurses and nursing assistants are very polite and friendly. others have been rude and confrontational. This nursing home was highly recommended, and our family took a chance because it was fancy and brand new. maybe if there was adequate help on staff, things would be different. the person who owns this facility needs to take a closer look at what is going on, because things aren’t supposed to be this way.

If you are looking for a great skilled stay for your rehab needs, this is the place! Make sure you ask for Rachel in admissions, she is the best! She is knowledgeable and gives great tours. The therapy department has great outcomes for their patients and they do a great job of getting them back home.They also accept long term care residents looking for a permanent stay as well. Did I mention that this place is beautiful!? All private suites and millions of dollars in renovations. I highly recommend Crocker Pointe!

Friendly staff, great facility. Will always be grateful of the staff for the care that they gave to my family member. They went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable in his last days.
