Elemental Cold Plunge Studio

Elemental Cold Plunge Studio is amazing. I have been coming here for a sauna and cold plunge three times a week for several months now, and the joint pain I had been experiencing in my hands and thumbs for the past few years is a thing of the past. I have also experienced better sleep since coming here and I’m pretty sure it is positively impacting my cardio fitness. I highly recommend!!

I had the pleasure of visiting Elemental Cold Plunge Studio and brought my mom as a surprise for her 75th birthday. We both thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience — it was meaningful, energizing, and truly unforgettable. Elise was incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. She walked us through the entire process with care, explaining the benefits of cold plunging and guiding us through effective breathing techniques. Her calm and confident approach helped us feel comfortable, informed, and empowered. It was such a unique way to celebrate, and I’m so grateful we got to share this together. My only wish is that I lived closer — I’d come every day if I could!

Elemental has genuinely changed my life! Wish I could say the Morozko cold Tub was the best thing here, but it’s the staff by far. They are so knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. I became a member in January 2024 and have been coming 5 days a week since because of how wonderful this place is.

Absolutely spectacular. My first time, Mary was the bomb. She explained everything so well, stayed with me and helped me handle the initial plunge. Could not have done it without her. Atmosphere is great and something I wanted to try. Now I will be going back 100%. I felt great after, especially mixing the sauna with the cold plunge. Have to admit, a little intimidating at first but Mary helped me understand the mind over matter and it was the difference. Benefits were great, slept like a baby that night, better than ever. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
