Westlake Family Dental Care

I just left Dr Doherty's office in Westlake Family Dental and again they were fantastic from the lady's at the front desk to the lady that cleans my teeth to the dentist that does the final check they are so kind and professional and gentle I know nobody likes going to the dentist but if you're going to go this is the place that you want to go to! They're so kind and considerate and awesome I have never had a problem going there they're so gentle when they clean and of course that's everybody's nervousness is that it's going to be painful they're so nice and so gentle and they're updated with all the new technology they are great I recommend this dentist and dentist office and dentist staff to anybody! I recommend this at a five stars level review to everybody and I don't give five Stars

1 star is too many!! I went in for a concern of a gap between a filing and crown. I was told I couldn't come in as a new patient just for that and I'd need an entire cleaning and X-rays. They took 20 X-rays, not because I needed it but because my Medicare supplemental would pay for and I was actually told this after the 15th one when I said I couldn't pay for all of that. The computers were down so rather than wait for them to start back up the exam and cleaning started before taking x-rays. I didn't realize until half way through that it was the hygentist that did the exam and diagnosis, not the doctor! I realized this when I was told there was a cavity. The staff here is truly fantastic. I called over the weekend with a possible emergency situation, and they got me in and treated immediately. My experience here could only be described as the most fun I've had with other people's fingers in my mouth. 10/10 would recommend.

Always a great experiences! They are always accommodating. Office staff and hygienists are the backbone of the office and are top notch professional yet friendly and genuine. Although I’ve never had to have Dr Jen do anything than verify all is fine with my teeth, she is kind, caring and good at what she does!

Had a consultation for a sleep appliance. Saw Dr. Al Psota for that visit. He was very informative and spent a lot of time explaining everything to me. Very impressed with Dr. Al and his whole staff.
