Crestview Urgent Care / Walk-In-Clinic

The nurses and doctors today were excellent. I’m horrible with names but my kid was struggling and gave direct and clear instructions. They showed empathy, compassion and knowledge for the incident at hand. The front desk people were wonderful as well. The docs and nurses here were truly amazing. We couldn’t get into our pediatrician and they took care of our kiddo and didn’t hesitate to help. Truly they were a blessing.

I took my daughter up there that’s five months old because she was having allergic reaction and the medicine they gave her it all up. Thank you so much. I really appreciate all the nurses and Dr to her that day.💕💕 I couldn’t find nowhere to go, but those people are the only people I could take her because of how tiny she was thank you 💕 a photo from before and after :) and it’s not over her body anymore 💕

Edited: look at the manager's response. Tone deaf. BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL GOING TO THIS CLINIC. As you read this, keep in mind I was a medic in the military. For many years, I put my life on the line in different ways to care for people. It breaks my heart to write this, knowing this was a way of life I love so dearly. This clinic will make mistakes, admit to making them, and then tell you it’s YOUR problem. I brought my sick children here more than once, but this last time really got us. Every time, I did exactly what a responsible parent should do. I called ahead. I provided our insurance information. I specifically asked them to check and confirm that we were covered. Each time, they confidently said yes, took our co-pay, and sent us on our way. We trusted them—because why wouldn’t yo

My 2 stars are not reflective on the CARE myself and my children have received at this facility. I want to make it known that they have always been kind, respectful, and attentive. With that being said, my stars come in with regards to the billing department. I am for the first time receiving bills from almost a year ago and another one for more than a half of a year ago for another family member? They said it was due to a system hold???? Unfortunately, this is a reflection on the facility and I find it unacceptable.

Just took my 2 month old here a few days ago for a bad cough, his pediatrician was out all week for Thanksgiving and so I decided to take a chance and come here. With all these illnesses going around I wanted to get his cough checked out. Told Bogan McQuigg PA-C all of my son’s symptoms, he checked his lungs and ears. No tests were done (Covid, flu, RSV etc.) He explained that it was just sinus drainage and sent us on our way. Now, I completely understand he’s still small and can’t really be given a lot of medicine, however, I still expected him to be tested for all the things. I’m currently in the children’s hospital where my 2 month old son has been admitted for having RSV. He’s on oxygen because his lungs got so bad.
