The lady in the reception is rude, aggressive and has no manners at all. Dr. Macino is great and the office manager too, however she doesn’t have any knowledge or etiquette on dealing with customers and lack knowledge about claim processing. I witnessed a patient arguing with her about unexpected payment and didn’t think that will happen to me until I was surprised by a payment that i was not expecting. I discussed my treatment plan very well before I started the treatment and yet got hit by a payment that could have been avoided if they followed my treatment plan.

You guys did an excellent job. My tooth was numb within a couple minutes for my filling and it was done excellent so thank you. Great people, and the doctor really knows his stuff cause one place said I needed a root canal and he said that I didn’t because he’s been doing this a long long time

Dr Macina is excellent and very professional, and so is his assistants , they always make you feel comfortable. There is times when I have called the recipientist makes feel like a bother that is why I feel bad when I come in for my appointments over then that I have no complaints.

The staff is so kind and caring. I’m severely anxious about all things dentist related and they did a great job of helping me stay calm from the moment I walked in the door to the time I left.

Excellent experience from Dana at the front desk, with Barbara and especially Dr Macino. Efficient, reassuring and immediate improvement to my dental health. Will absolutely refer.
