Creekside Dentistry & Implantology

I had my first experience at Creekside today and it gave me insight into what a dental experience should be. Ashley did a great job and always let me know what she was doing before she did it. She was great at building rapport and I felt more comfortable during a cleaning than I have ever felt. This was my first cleaning in my 25 years that my gums weren’t dug into my utensils. Dr. Karl did a thorough examination and didn’t push to have things filled which was an issue I had at my previous dental office. He showed me what areas could potentially be a concern in the future but they aren’t an issue right now. 10/10 amazing experience.

Very highly overpriced. Had a temporary Crown placed, fell out 3 times said. Forget it after work is done. No bedside manner whatsoever. They become bill collectors and overcharge! Be aware! I would never recommend to anyone!

Every person in this office is super competent, friendly, patient and helpful. My neighbor recommended Dr. Karl a couple of years ago and I've been going to Creekside Dentistry ever since. The office and treatment rooms are immaculate and comfortable. In my experience, routine cleanings are actually a relaxing treat. When I've had to have old, disintegrating fillings replaced, or new crowns made, the end results have always been perfection. I highly recommend this practice!

The staff and dentist here are fine, and I have no issues with them personally, however, do not get an implant here or anywhere else. I got one less than 10 years ago at Creekside Dentistry, and the tooth part of the implant has broken off. I live out of state now, and have been to three dentists and a specialist, and the only option is to remove the implant and get a new one. When I got it, I was told it would last, and it didn’t even last 10 years. Now I have a bit of broken metal piece in my mouth and no tooth. The implant was a waste of money, and the metal piece in my mouth bothers me from time to time. I will never get another dental implant, and wish I’d never gotten the one I have. It is one of my biggest regrets.

Today I had my first dental procedure in many years. I was terrified, but Dr. Karl was very straightforward, gentle and encouraging. The entire staff is wonderful. My girlfriend had an accident, and needed emergency dental work. They got her in immediately, and she highly recommended them when I decided It was time to face the music. It was very easy, and I would most certainly recommend them to anyone especially if you are uncomfortable with the idea of having dental work done. My mouth feels so clean! Thank you so much!
