Crawford's Pharmacy

Went today right after my doctors appointment and received the best service from the young lady working the window/cash register. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I didn’t get her name, unfortunately but she had blondish, reddish hair. I’ve been going to Crawford’s for years because they always have excellent customer service. I just wanted to give the young lady a shout out for being so nice when they were so busy. Thank you to all the pharmacy workers! No one can phantom how demanding your job is unless they done it. Yall are superheroes!!

I cannot say enough about how helpful and pleasant the staff at Crawford's Pharmacy is! Today in particular, I spoke with Amanda. Amanda went above and beyond to help a struggling customer get the prescriptions she needed AND saved this person hundreds of dollars by knowing the ins and outs of insurance and prescription costs. Thank you, Amanda for being so helpful and having such an amazing attitude! You truly make a difference in the community:)

Everyone that has grown up in the Cleveland area knows Crawford's Pharmacy is our favorite. Locally owned, the personalized attention given is superior to the big pharmacy chains and Crawford's can beat many big chain prescriptions' prices! They do offer a drive through but I know customers who would rather go in, ("...where everybody knows your name"), after all we deserve the special attention! I would like to see a higher quantity of Pseudoephedrine offered again since they can only be bought once a month :)

Amanda is always helpful each time I speak with her. She radiates positivity through the phone and is always thorough if I have questions. You cannot find service like this at the larger pharmacies - which is why I enjoy coming here.
