Unfortunately my office experience was horrible. I had high hopes. First off, they cold called me fom a list of previous patients. I went to this office with the last guy as well as the on before him, Dr. Frank. I told them I would love to come in and had some new issues due to a knee accident, but my hesitation was the last guy made you put your credit card on file and i had unexpected charges, so I would not do that again, and stopped seeing him. She said, no problem. I make my appointment she checks my insurance, all is well, untill I show upand the paper work requires my credit card on file. I recently stumbled upon this amazing place when I was struggling with some serious sleepless nights. Even though they were closed, one kind staff member welcomed me in and took the time to listen to my concerns. They suggested I book an appointment with the chiropractor, and massage therapist. But the best part? That same night, I got fitted for a new pillow, and let me tell you my sleep has transformed dramatically over the past three nights! I’m feeling amazing. I found CPW Wellness three years ago when I couldn’t move off a couch. Literally! My alignment was so off that I suffered hip and back pain, and I gave up trying to be active.
