He explained every step of my esophagus X-ray in detail, continuously checked to make sure I was comfortable, and reassured me along the way. At the end of the procedure, he took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I left with complete peace of mind. I have been here multiple times. This is a convenient location, but what really made a difference was the staff who work here. I especially felt Peggy who works in ultrasound to be exceptional. She's someone who truly shows she cares about her work. Not only was she professional and knowledgeable, but she also goes the extra mile. Her expertise and the care she took made the experience much better. In addition, Amy, at the front desk, was also very helpful, friendly, and highly experienced, handling everything with efficiency. They were a great team that provided excellent service.

This review is for the new ultrasound tech. After waiting, an hour and half, I was called. Tech was so upset I walked in front of her so she told me off in the room. That, I wasn’t supposed to walk in front of her. Then I was told I didn’t take my robe off correctly. She is African American, she was so angry, constantly annoyed by me, I didn’t know what I did wrong, because I was too scared to even speak. I was just there to take care of my health.

I want to recognize Peggy on the second floor in the ultrasound department. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and thoughtful — her calm and warm demeanor immediately came through. It’s rare to meet someone so naturally comforting. I went to a different location previously but made the decision to come back to this one specifically because of how sweet and professional Peggy was. She truly made a difference. I also want to thank the ladies who helped me at the front desk like Lynn Lin. They were welcoming and helpful, creating a smooth check-in process and a friendly atmosphere right from the start. Overall, they provided excellent service and it shows in their incredible attention and positive interaction.
