COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

I bought a COVID test and found a much cheaper place somewhere else. I wanted to return the unopened COVID test kit. The staff there stated that they cannot accept the return because they have a no return policy on the COVID test kit. I asked them why they didn't have the policy posted publicly to let customers know in advance. They stated they will get some signage up. The staff was not helpful. I will never shop here again.

The testing process was no problem, but it took 24 hours rather than two hours to get the results back they blamed a computer glitch
