COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

I tried a number of times to get an appointment for COVID test. Only places with available slots were in Miami Dade. Why can't Broward County get equal amounts of test kits?

The customer service is very bad and the staff is inefficient, every time I go to pick up my prescription that is under secondary payment, the staff does not know or understand how to use the system and I always have to pay the co-payment, unlike Wallgreens located in Coral Springs where service and attention is of a high level

Was told can print photos but not document's makes no sense why u can't print both
