COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

This is for Walgreens Pharmacy on Spencer and Burke, Pasadena TX. AI changed the title. Pharmacy is always understaffed, they have an outside company in a phone center answering calls most of the time. Called twice last night and waited 30 minutes each time and then they picked up and hung up. Again today I called and I have been on the phone going on 20 minutes and after speaking with three people, they still don't have a prescription ready. Today is Saturday. The prescription was from last Wednesday. They said they MAY get the rest of one of the prescriptions in Monday or next week, depending on the shipment. They said they don't know ahead what they will receive in the shipment. Really?

On hold for 45 minutes and counting. Then was immediately put back on hold again. On hold again for 2nd time. It's been almost an hour now, not able to talk to anyone! 3rd time on hold. Always have problems getting RX filled. They always have other excuses.

Worse pharmacy ever went and dropped 2 prescriptions for my kids they told me needs 2hours and should be ready after 2hours I went to pick it up threw the drive threw they said is not ready needs 20min after 20 min I went inside ask for the medicine they say system is down we can't insert the prescription that's rediciouls I will open case on you for making my kids gets worse
