COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

Me and another customer stood at the register for over 15 minutes while 2 employees, one of whom looked like a manager worked on a ladies picture order! Absolutely ridiculously bad customer service!

I placed an order for personalized coasters on-line. It was supposed to take about 2 weeks and scheduled to arrive on April 29th. I tracked and they were delivered on April 26th; however, the email said to wait on an email advising they were available for pickup. The coasters are a birthday gift that I needed to give to a friend today, April 30th. I kept checking for the email from the 26th until today. On the 29th, I called back to back, hour after hour, to find the status of my coasters. No one ever answered the phone. It was ridiculous. I finally drove to the store today, even though the tracking email advised against it. The photo center was empty, but the young cashier came to assist once she finished with her customer. The pharmacist had passed by and paged help for me,
