COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

The worst customer service in the pharmacy with the exception of a couple of employees and one pharmacist. How can someone trust the pharmacy with medications that could possibly save a life when the untrained staff is the most unprofessional people I have ever seen. Consistently horrible.

This is by far the worst Walgreens I have been to. The pharmacy workers are ALWAYS extremely rude and disrespectful. They have no customer service skills, at all. I have been wanting to move pharmacies for MONTHS but unfortunately they tend to be the only place that has the medication we need in stock regularly. Not a single one of those pharmacy workers deserve to have a job. The manager here MUST be horrendous to have the staff thinking it is acceptable to treat people the way they do.
