COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

My friend had prescriptions sent to Walgreens on Milton Avenue, Janesville. An hour after they were sent, not ready. The person at the window, short and rude. She stated the prescriptions were not in the system. He left. An hour later he called the store and talked to a staff member. The staff member said the prescriptions were in the system and that they would be ready at 7:30pm. My friend who is sick, drove back only to have the rude staff member at the window tell him they were not in the system and were not ready. He was upset. Who wouldn’t be, especially since he called the store prior to returning. The rude window staff member walked away from the window. He is well known. His experience will be shared. Step it up Walgreens. You’re the largest pharmacy. I hope this is
