COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

Very quick and easy. Went to the drive through, gave me the swab, did the test myself, gave the test back and left. The procedure took less than 5 minutes. The lady at the window was very professional and explained what to do. A little hard to hear her through the window but she was very patient and repeated everything to me. They have 2 lanes but only one is open so the wait time could be longer. I went early in the day so there was only one car in front of me so I did not have to wait long.

For vaccination, they made us go through their website to get us an appointment. So I got us three appointments, one for 2:15 pm, one for 2:30 pm and one for 3:00 pm. We showed up here at 2:10 pm and are still waiting. It’s now 4:00 pm. Why ask us to make an appointment if they cannot honor that?

It took over an hour and a half sitting in the drive through to get a Covid test. Management needs to increase staff! This wasn't their fault there were only 2 people trying to serve inside and the drive through.
