Here with a upper respiratory infection and all over, feeling awful. The staff was great. My check-in time got mixed up but otherwise I'd highly recommend. Phya was my nurse she was great, very friendly and patient. Thanks for the great care😊

I love coming to this urgent care. The staff is so friendly, keep you updated on any wait times, compassionate and fun. As sick as I feel, the ladies gave me the big belly laugh-out-loud moment that I really needed. The facility is ALWAYS CLEAN, including the bathrooms. Love coming here when necessary.

My recent visit to Piedmont Urgent Care in Loganville was a very positive experience. From the front desk staff to the nurse practitioner who provided my care, everyone was polite, professional, and welcoming. Each step of the process—checking in and completing registration—was explained clearly and handled efficiently. The only area I believe could be improved is the wait time. However, it appeared that there was only one provider on staff, the nurse practitioner, which understandably contributed to the delay. He was attentive and thorough with each patient, and I appreciated the quality of care I received. Once I was seen, the team moved quickly and efficiently to complete my visit and guide me through the next steps before discharge. Overall, I would certainly return. I was a walk-in

The staff is super welcoming. I was able to get an online appointment and walked right in within minutes. So rare for an urgent care! The nurse and doctor came right away and the bonus was that I was able to get my son's prescription right at the office so I didn’t have to wait for it to be filled at the pharmacy!
