COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

I called - waited 12 minutes to speak with pharmacist and was told to hold like 5 times and they just hung up on me. Called a few more pharmacies with similar results. Quest is even worse. Good lord access to healthcare/pharmacies sucks here

Thankful they were able to administer my test, however; I arrived an hour early and asked them if it was okay if I received my test early, they said it was fine however they could not find me in the system. I showed the gentleman my confirmation number as well as confirmation email, he took my phone and permanently deleted my Walgreens emails and then gave it back. Thankfully another pharmacist came up and assisted, I'm just curious as to what that gentleman was going to do or claim. Thank goodness I took a screenshot just in case!
