COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

I’m reaching out in regards to the pharmacy team on October 12th @9am. I spoke to two ladies, one associate, and one who claimed to be the manager. Both were very rude and not a help. I ended up having to communicate to my doctor and him giving a call to the actual pharmacy to handle what they couldn’t. They messed up the amount of medication they were to give my son. Both were obviously annoyed and it wasn’t a good look for the company. Then you say you’re a manager and you are acting worse than who I just spoke to. Very disappointed in the way I was cared for and it’s not the first time I have experienced rude behavior here, today it was just unremarkably rude which is why I now had to go the extra mile to type it out.
