COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

This is the rudeness of Connecticut, waiting 10 min for this buffoon to chat with her friend, no transaction made, just talk.. Frustrated after 10 min and I started recording. Despicable... This Walgreens has gone down hill. It like there doing the customers a favor, by actually working; customer service here is long gone. Now it's a Chat thru... I'm not a rude person, didn't honk didn't say a word but she knew people were waiting as well as the dolt pharmacist. Pathetic...

Effective but it took about an hour just to get to the drive through window to take the test. Results in about 36 hours.
