Did any one not hear back with results? I was given a paper thats instructed me to go to a wed site for results. When I went to the website it said I needed a Requisition #... Which I was not told about or given. That was 3 days ago.
I have appointment for covid test . They ask a lot of questions my Information but They call me cancel just 1 hour before my appointment..
The experience was pretty easy for me. I had no problems and I got my results back fairly quick.
Requiring designation of race and ethnicity is illegal
Very bad and rude Customer Service on the phone.
