Drove here while still on hold with Walgreens customers service for 45mins waiting. The drive through was empty and when the employee came to the window I asked if they could schedule a RT-PCR test. She claimed she didnt know what that was and I had to call or go on the website. When I told her I was still on hold as we talked, she said they are busy and closed the window.
This store has very unhappy people working, especially whoever is at the pharmacy section. The lady is so snappy and rude.
