Courthouse Pediatrics

Won't be returning after using them since my son was born. He is 14 now and they have gone downhill. They care more about the money than the actual welfare of children. His appointment wait times always took forever and we were always rushed at his appointment. They didn't want to listen to what I had to say.

I have yet to come to an appointment here when I did not have to wait 30 minutes or more past my son’s appointment time before the doctor sees him. Docs are fine I suppose once they actually get in to see him, but it’s frustrating that there’s always such a long wait.

Unhelpful , rude staff were constantly seeking care from urgent care due to there unwillingness to see my son.they but they would Bill insurance for phone consults as a visit

You have to pick up a packet before you can be seen as a new patient. Very inconvenient.

I've never been a huge fan of Courthouse Pediatrics but when Sentara Pediatrics closed in Gloucester, we switched to stay local. We're currently looking to switch again after three years here even if we have to drive long-distance for good care. I've met all of the doctors here, but our primary is Dr. Howard. She's pretty knowledgeable about most things. I found Dr. Dry to be a bit cold. Dr. Austin isn't too bad, but she doesn't seem very interested in what we have to say in regards to our children. As for the newest doctor to the practice, Dr. Nguyen, believe every word about her in recent reviews. No matter what the problem is, she will point the finger without considering anything or listening to anything you're saying. Because of that, we refused to ever see her again.
