Countryside Oaks Dental by Dr Backer

I had the pleasure of visiting Countryside Oaks for the past month. My 85 year old Father got new dentures ! The staff and Dr. Backer were so nice and friendly. They explained everything, they were gentle kind and made my parents laugh. Highly recommend this place if you’re getting dentures or any kind of dental work done, clean friendly can’t say enough good stuff about the place.

Dr. Backer is an exceptional prosthodontist—knowledgeable, thoughtful, and truly compassionate. She takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and never makes you feel rushed or dismissed. I felt respected and supported throughout my care. Her staff is just as wonderful—kind, professional, and very supportive from scheduling to office visits. During a stressful time, the entire team made me feel comfortable and cared for. I’m very grateful for Dr. Backer and her staff and would highly recommend this practice.

Compassionate, Professional, and Exceptionally Well-Run Practice I’ve had dental-related issues my whole life, and this office showed genuine compassion and understanding from the very first visit. The doctor is highly professional and truly cares about her patients—she took the time to listen and made me feel completely at ease. The entire team is incredibly well organized, and the customer service is outstanding across the board. The office is in a convenient location, beautifully decorated, and always spotless. Have had regular cleanings and a couple of crowns done with Dr Backer. She and her team are very skilled, friendly, and professional. The practice is out of my insurance network (Aetna) so the coverage is a bit less. It would be great if they were part of additional networks. I had an issue with one crown but they fixed it without hesitation. A great staff and highly recommended!
