Couch Pharmacy On Sheridan

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this situation was completely uncalled for. I was contacted yesterday and told my prescriptions would be sent out around noon. I was also informed that my card on file would be charged for the delivery fee and the medications. Noon came and went… then 5 PM… then 6:30 PM — still no medication. Since the pharmacy closes around that time, I assumed they weren’t delivering them that day. Then at 7 PM, long after I had already left for work, I suddenly received a notification saying my medications were on the way. Because I wasn’t home (due to their extremely late delivery), they now want to charge me an additional delivery fee to bring my medications again. This should’ve never happened. If they knew they were delivering that late, they should have called

Like the other recent reviews, I have been a customer of Couch for years but recently their customer service has gotten unacceptable and I am no longer a customer. They lied to my insurance over an 8 month period and I have been informed by the pharmacist that they are now also being investigated by the state pharmacy board and will no longer fill prescriptions for controlled medication. I highly recommend that you take your prescription elsewhere.

If I could leave a zero I would. I have been a patient of couch pharmacy for over 8 years and progressively their customer service has gotten worse and worse. They send you prescriptions you're allergic to, they send prescriptions that don't belong to you, they send prescriptions that you have on your file that says do not fill and do not send cuz their money hungry!!!!They're delivery service that claims to be free, that they never tell you when the price goes up ever!, Is actually 6 bucks an rx!!!! They have my address, it's not hard to send a letter to tell us the prices are going up!!!! They lied to me and told me they charged me $2 yesterday when they charged me $6! They did not notify me in any way that I had a raise in the delivery price, ever! They said they did they did not! $6 fo

I made a phone call today about my daughters insulin supplies and her new pump .. Well they have employees there on name ming or something close to that name she had the nerve to say to me it's not my fault your daughter has diabetes and I'm not mailing out any of her supplies you can ask her Dr to get them delivered to their office, and that I should be home to get her supplies when they are getting delivered by UPS . Remind you that I work and I missed the delivery 3 times I tried to go to ups but they had already returned the item .. The whole staff was in on this after I called back and ask for corporate number they laughed I called back again and ask to speak to a manager this guy came on the phone and said that she would never speak that way to a patient well just no it's a first for

Best pharmacy around. I drive from Broken Arrow. Great service helpful customer service. I'm in and out super fast!
