Such a positive experience. From the moment we walk in, till we are out the door 5 star! The staff is friendly and kind and helpful. The person who took my vitals was so kind and friendly. The Nurses Practitioner was outstanding, and so helpful. This is what we want when we are not feeling our best, professionalism, kindness, and caring. Thank you all.

I’ve had to visit urgent care three times in the last 6 months and I’m consistently impressed by the staff. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I’m a big natural healing person and instead of the thayer rolls and smirks I’ve been met with curiosity and respect. I’ve also never felt like they are rushed with me which is partially rare in an urgent care.

From the time I called Cottage on foothill in San Luis Obispo, they were friendly and helpful! When I got there the medical assistant at the front was so kind, and patient and friendly! Considering there were no appointments available, I was seen pretty fast , the X-ray tech was amazing , she was thorough and fun and very helpful! Then I saw the doctor , he was also amazing! I had a first class experience! The office is modern and super clean! I will make the drive to go to that urgent care.

Beautiful building! Extremely kind and efficient front desk person. Short wait time. I was a walk-in. Very compassionate doc who answered all my concerns and explained best meds to take while recovering. Did not feel rushed … left feeling very reassured. ThankYou!

I had been putting off going to urgent care because it’s always a nightmare. And I scheduled an appointment with this place and I am so happy with their care. It was a reasonable amount of wait time. The staff is super nice. They had an x-ray on site. Highly recommend.
