Cottage Urgent Care - Goleta - Calle Real

Cottage urgent care on Calle Real has always been there for me in an emergency. I was able to make an appointment for Sunday for a recent health issue and had a very pleasant experience. I was seen quickly and given a prescription promptly. Every aspect of my experience was outstanding. My appointment was on time, online check in efficient, every staff member professional, friendly, and compassionate. Cedar was outstanding as my nurse practitioner-positive,professional, and thorough. Jenny was friendly, appropriately humorous, efficient and caring. Also true for the MA whose name I have forgotten. Cottage Urgent Care is the best!

I’ve been to several of Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital’s urgent care locations, including Santa Barbara and my last two visits at the Goleta (Calle Real) location. I can honestly say this is the most refreshing urgent care experience I’ve had. No matter which location you go to, the care is consistently excellent. The staff is amazing from the front office to the back office, including the physicians and nurse practitioners. Everyone is kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about their patients. Getting in and out is easy, and they truly check in on you rather than making you feel rushed. My experience was outstanding, and I would absolutely recommend Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital’s urgent cares to my family, friends, and anyone in the community.

I went to Cottege Urgent Care Goleta with concerns that were bothering me for months. The facility remains very clean since the last time I was there. The staff continue to be professional, kind and patient. I was most happy to be taken care of by Nurse Practitioner Sharon Romulo. She was extremely generous with her knowledge, caring and tests. I left there with more information on my conditions than I had be given by any provider previously, good referrals and peace of mind. I trust her. I wish she could take care of me 100% of the time. Alas, Cottage Urgent Care Goleta is very lucky to have her - she is a Gold Nugget!

I went to Cottage Urgent on Calle Real to get a few stitches and had the best urgent care experience. I was placed in a room within 1 minute of entering the building for a walk in and the nurse practitioner or PA was in there within another minute. It was a very comfortable environment thanks to Beana and Haley where we were just chatting and joking around. Haley had me play some of my own music when she was stitching me up and was singing along as she was working. Now 7 days after my visit I received a hand written get well card from the Beana and Haley. 10/10 recommend going out of your way to this cottage urgent if it makes sense
