Costco Pharmacy

I've had such a great experience since we moved our meds here. Vaccines took a bit of waiting, but the shot was honestly painless. Never had an issue with meds and so convenient with the text refills.

B E W A R E ! ! ! If your medications are ones that you CANNOT miss a dose like mine then GO ELSEWHERE! Avoid all Costco pharmacy like the plague because they DO NOT CARE. My first took 2 WEEKS to get eating up 2/3 of the surplus I had for delays. Now this month it is immediately pulled for "large copay" when I had no prescription coverage and was PAYING FULL PRICE. Its now 3 days later andvits now "preparing for shipment". At this rate I'll have gone 2 to 3 days without critical medications. You will pay a little more at big box pharmacy like CVS but at least they care and know what they are doing.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy experience I’ve had. Was hoping it was an isolated incident but it’s every time I use this location. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to get your medication filled.

They have literally every single time I have called about a prescription, they dont carry it or out of stock. Ordinary prescriptions anywhere else. To think you have to have a membership just to get in the door. My understanding is you dont need a membership to use the pharmacy but when you dont carry anything that people need , how do you even stay in business.

Pharmacist lisa was very rude and refused to follow Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy regulations!!! When I spoke to her and showed her she was wrong she then tried to change her story and then she told me another incorrect reply!!!! If the Pharmacist does not know the Laws that is a huge problem do not trust this Pharmacy it could be a very dangerous situation!!!!
