Costco Pharmacy

I’m giving five stars because the travel vaccine process here was great. Costco is officially my go-to from now on. While most other providers won't even attempt to run travel vaccines through insurance, the team at Costco went the extra mile to make it happen. I was pleasantly surprised to get coverage, especially since my plan typically doesn't cover special travel-related vaccines. Highly recommend for the savings and the service!

I wanted to give a shout-out to Carol and the entire team at the Costco Pharmacy—they are all amazing! I have to get prescriptions for my pup, and twice now, my vet has sent them to the wrong pharmacy. This crew has been incredible at getting the prescriptions canceled at the other location and transferred seamlessly. They were quick, and I’ve never had to wait more than 15–20 minutes to get everything done and be out the door. If anyone is reading this for hints or tips: Sit your ____ down and stare at your phone. Do not stroll through Costco—just sit and ignore all the cool, shiny stuff.

I usually have no problem at the pharmacy but yesterday I did. I waited for someone to tend to me, when the woman came she stared at me blankly not giving any effort to greet me. I asked her for 2 generic plan b pills and her whole attitude changed. She seemed like she hated her job or me ? But she doesn't even know me to be hating me. My friend was with me and informed me that while I was going in my wallet to pay that the woman was hateful staring me up and down. She had blonde hair and wore glasses l, an older woman I wana say her hair was curly but I don't remember. It's just one of those situations where u feel the energy in the air coming off hateful from the other person. She truly made me feel uncomfortable and wasn't even instructing me what she needed during the transaction. Ther

The few monthly prescriptions I do pick up, make me an easy target for judgment. The manner in which I’ve been treated, fueled directly by that judgement. That is, until I began filling here. There’s multiple reasons for my five stars but above all, I’m treated like a human- that alone is invaluable. Thanks for everything you guys do!
